Every bagel and loaf is made fresh daily in small batches to minimise waste. We’re committed to the “bake what we need” philosophy—choosing quality and freshness over mass production. Unsold items are donated to local food rescue organisations supporting families in need across Singapore.
Reducing Our Footprint
We promote anti-waste practices in our stores and advocate the concept of “cherishing resources.” To avoid excessive packaging and waste, we’re transitioning to eco-friendly packaging solutions and working toward a circular supply chain, where resources are kept in use for as long as possible.

With 85%+ of our menu classified as low-sugar and naturally crafted with reduced oil, we’re helping Singaporeans make healthier choices without sacrificing flavor. We pioneered clear nutrition labeling across our menu, empowering customers to make informed choices.
